If I’m honest, I’m not completely sure. After extensive research I can’t really find out much about their operating history other than them being a part of Vivaro Ltd and licensed in Malta. If I was hazarding a guess, I’d say they are probably an up and coming brand – the website was launched in 2014.
It’s no surprise that a young platform has a modern, slick, quick website. The homepage boasts that they offer betting on over 55,000 sport events and over 40,000 live matches, which puts them on par with lots of the top dogs.
Deposit Methods
I struggled to find the right deposit methods for VBET as the only page on their site that lists them is their FAQ page here: https://www.vbet.co.uk/faqs, however it references their banking page which I couldn’t find. On the FAQ page it does say they accept Visa / MasterCard and EcoPayz and that there’s a minimum deposit of £5.
Customer Support
Like all other websites we have listed on BetCode, we like to test out their live chat functionality to see how respsonsive their customer support teams are. Obviously, these tests have their flaws and we only do 1 specific test but we believe its an important part of our review process.
VBET do have live chat functionality on their website and you can find it on the footer of their website. On desktop this is in the bottom right corner and on mobile it should be at the very bottom of the page.
I opened up a chat window and waited to be connected to an agent, this process was instant and I was chatting to Iveta. My question was: “Hi Iveta, I’m wondering what the deposit methods you offer are?”. I did have to wait 2.5 minutes for an answer which is much longer than normal, however she did provide me with a screenshot of the depositing options which would take longer than providing a link. I had a look through the VBET website and couldn’t find an actual page with the deposit methods so this may be why.
