Why Did I Choose Tote?

Tote has been around in some form for almost a hundred years and is now operated by Betfred. I decided to give them a go due to their reputation and simple website design. Their £35 new customer offer, which includes a £25 matched bet on sports and £10 cash back on pools is a great way for any punter to get started. I setup my account and deposited £35, this way I could place a £25 bet on sports and have it matched (as long as it was on 2.0 odds or greater) and then be able to put £10 down on a pool to get the cash back if it lost. I really like the simplicity of the desktop site as you have all the different sports down the left hand side and can easily navigate between them. I checked a few different odds against some of my other accounts such as bet365 (bonus code here) and William Hill (use C30 code) and to be fair the odds were pretty much the same – so all good there.
Customer Support
I decided it would be best to test their customer support to see firstly how fast they responded and also whether they would be able to answer my query. The standard test I usually do is ask for the available deposit methods via a live chat window. I opened up a new live chat window and filled in name, email and question and was connected instantly to an agent.
The agent connected instantly but took 1 minute 31 seconds to respond to me which when compared to some other bookmakers, is very good.
